A strong partnership with Mercy Housing has helped created Etowah Terrace. Etowah Terrace Senior Residences is a proposed 77 unit HFLOP LIHTC property, for seniors 55 years of age or older. It will consists of 35 one-bedroom and 42 two-bedroom units in one elevator serviced building. The contractor of the project is Walton Construstion. The development is expected to be completed by May 2012.
Amenities: The amenities will include a clubhouse/community center, fitness center, computer/business center, art and crafts room, on-site laundry, theater, gazebo, walking trail, passive park, lounges/sitting areas, restoration of historic house to be used as community space, and sustainable/green design features.
